Pregnancy &
Post natal Massage

Soothing support for your during and after your pregnancy, for you and your growing baby.

How it's different

more than just a luxury, it's a necessity...

Pregnancy massage is often seen as a gift for the mum-to-be, but what it really offers is informed, nourishing care during one of the most physically and emotionally intense times in life.

I often work with women toward the end of their first trimester, or later in pregnancy when back pain, fatigue, or foot soreness has reached its peak. Some come with worries about what the next few months might hold.

Others just need a moment to rest, breathe, and be cared for in a space that’s focused entirely on them.

This work supports both the mother and the developing baby.

Gentle, calming massage helps regulate the nervous system, which directly supports your baby’s development & emotional wellbeing.

When you are held, soothed, and cared for, your body releases oxytocin, the hormone that helps labour begin, breastfeeding to flow, & bonding to unfold with ease.

Reducing stress during pregnancy isn’t a luxury. It’s a physiological need, and a gift to both of you.

holistic pregnancy and post natal care

This isn’t a spa treatment. It’s a space to feel genuinely supported: physically, emotionally, and practically.

Before your session, you’ll complete a short online consultation form.

We’ll then have a gentle conversation about how things are going, including:

  • Any physical symptoms

  • Emotional changes

  • Questions or concerns about birth and beyond

You’re welcome to bring anything that’s on your mind.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The aches or discomfort you’re experiencing - e.g: carpal tunnel is more common during pregnancy

  • Your nervous system & how stress may be showing up in your body

  • Your birth plan and what information or support you might still need

  • The role of oxytocin in birth, how stress suppresses it, and how to nurture it to help smooth pregnancy.

What kind of support network you have, how helpful advocates are, and how to advocate for yourself through pregnancy, birth, and beyond

If needed, I can refer you to trusted nutritionists or other perinatal professionals who can support you further.

What to Expect

Sessions are 75 minutes, including a full hour of hands-on treatment, tailored to your stage of pregnancy and what you’re most needing that day.

The massage itself is gentle, grounding and deeply supportive, helping relieve physical tension, calm your nervous system, and improve sleep, circulation, and recovery.

You’ll be positioned safely and comfortably throughout, and you’re welcome to talk, ask questions, or simply rest, or sleep.

This is your space to feel nourished, informed, and more connected to your body and your baby.

After Birth Support

Postnatal recovery matters just as much.

I often continue working with new mums & babies using craniosacral therapy, postnatal massage & fascial unwinding.

This can help:

  • Reset the nervous system after a difficult birth

  • Support smoother breastfeeding

  • Ease colic, glue ear, digestive issues and sleep disruptions in your baby

  • Bring calm, connection and balance back to both of you

  • Prevent longer term back pain and pelvic issues after birth

  • Support your return to exercise

You don’t need to do this alone. If you’d like to feel supported, informed & more at ease in your changing body...
