How should I prepare for my first treatment?

If its your first massage treatment please wear loose comfortable clothing that is easily replaced after the treatment.

Please make sure you have something warm (clothing) for afterwards as it is common to feel slightly cold on the drive home.

Bring a bottle of water for pre and post hydration.

I will have sent you a treatment form with your first appointment payment, please complete the form and return more than 24 hrs prior to your appointment.

After that its time to unwind and enjoy!
What paperwork do I need to complete before my 1st treatment?

I will send you an online form for you to fill out.

Your answers are completely confidential at all times (including all forms of communication).

Your answers help me to produce a treatment plan to help you with your specific concerns

I will talk through my suggestions at your first appointment and with your consent proceed to treat you.

Your information is stored carefully and securely.
What should I expect from my first session?

We will go over your answers to my initial consultation form and agree the approach I will take.

Whilst I encourage stillness, quiet and relaxation; and wish to react to your body's tension, if something is not quite right please inform me.

I will never be anything other than grateful for open and honest communication.
Where do you treat?

I have a portable table with all the luxury qualities you will experience of any professional massage.

As such I can treat you at your home or mine at your convenience.

My home is just south of Didcot in the village West Hagbourne and easily accessible from the A34.
Do you help treat terminal or chronic illness?

As an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist, I am able to treat long term conditions in musculoskeletal pain. I am currently in my final year of the UK's highest level of qualification in rehabilitation and massage therapy. I will always treat to the best of my abilities, however if I feel your needs will be supported better with one of a network of health colleagues; I will on occasion refer you onwards.

I am always learning and developing. I have a passion for education -I'm currently undertaking 4 CPD courses in my free time.

This is the biggest commitment I make to both myself and my clients. I want to be a leading provider in reducing pain and a specialist in rehabilitation.
What are your opening times and how do I make a booking?

I currently work: Mondays 9-5pm, Tuesday-Friday 9-8pm
